We have 5 of the Bilicares in clinical use.
They are just over 2 years old now and we have only had one major fault, the device wouldn't switch on - no problems with the battery or charger so it got sent back to Charter Kontron for repair - cost approx £350 to rectify.
Apart from that they have been reliable and caused us no issues (apart from finding them!)
