Although not involved with such a set up at this time I have heard of companies putting in bids and
purposefully having a "loss leader" in the first years just to get the business.
Is this actually happening I wonder and if so maybe we should be advising of such.
Once again I think its a case of exchanging info and not being affaid to stand up and be counted.
