Would you normally get lieu days for being on-call on a normal Saturday and Sunday?
We get one lieu day for each "working day" period on a bank holiday, in other words one for the Mon 27th and one for Tues 28th.
We have actually got a grievance going with the Trust at the moment over EWTD and rest periods as part of on-call.
We're told by the union if we are successful it may have monumentous bearing on how Trust's implement EWTD as part of on-call, SiMAP and Jaeger for those informed, as to law.
I shall keep you all informed.
