Doesn't Wimbledon start soon?

Age and treachery will always overcome youth and skill.

So at least 40 years is relatively recent by comparison.

Ahh they were the days a pint of heavy and a smokeys...followed by a famous battle re-enactment.
Excellent Robbie! Of course, England have an excellent chance of doing well in the world cup this year. Scotland don't have any chance, because they didn't qualify, again. So if England do fall in the group stages, they've got further than any of the other home nations.

Why? Because the football in scotland is league 2 standard apart from the "Old Firm Derby" every three weeks. So when you are good enoguh to do something in a major champoinship we'll listen to your criticism. Until then? You just sound bitter.

You see that's the problem.... Everbody in the rest of the world knows you're not going to win it. But you lot expect to just turn up and win it. For example on the EBC news at the weekend they were discussing when Shrek could make his come back, won't make the group stages they said, how about the quarters, semis and then oh wouldn't it be great if he could come back for the final. Talk about presumption. wink

You've missed the point Bill. Because England are in the World Cup, we have a chance of winning it. Unlike Scotland that have 2 hopes - Bob Hope and No Hope!!!!

Bill, who cares what he loks like, he has a stunning wife, a wonderfull accent and great talent. By the way Bill i'm off to see England tonight at Old Trafford (theatre of failure)with what should be the world cup starting line up, so I might just hold back about our chances of winning until tommorow....

I thought Shrek was engaged rather than married ? Rob I too will be at Old Trafford tonight courtesy of the EBC (that's English Broadcasting Corporation incase you were wondering), lets hope no more of your superstars get injured before the opening match. I can't take any more metatarsels. Mr Kamakasi, you are of course correct England do indeed have a small chance of winning not the devine right that the media seems to insist on.
