Can anyone suggest sources/models of 12 lead ecg simulator with/without arrythmia functions?

Tried the BioTek Lionheart 3? You can imitate all sorts of intriguing heart defects with a huge menu and check out those new analyser-type ECG carts.

The supplier (as far as I know) is Ultramedic. With a few extra cables, you can also check out BP measurements, and there are bound to be more functions I haven't had chance to explore.

We have a few, and I don't recall anyone having any problems with them.

The Lionheart is an excellent simulator - does everything we've ever thought of and a few others besides ! Very reliable too.

Biotek have taken over by Fluke.

The Lionheart-3 is now called the Fluke MPS450 Multiparameter Simulator.

It's still a very good Simulator. The only draw back I have noticed, the code sheets are now missing from the base of the machine.

I found that Nevada ECG200 simulator just scales the 9 outputs from a single channel DAC using resistors voltage dividers. So the 12-lead ECG recordings are all proportional to the other leads.

But Nevada medSim 300B Patient simulator has 9 independent outputs.

Anyone knows about the other brand simulator which has independent channels ECG output?

If your goal is to test medical equipment I would suggest the TechPatient CARDIO ECG simulator from HE Instruments.

It produces realistic cardiac waveforms with statistical control. You can control the mean and standard deviation both on amplitude and beat-rate to test QRS and beat-rate detection and AGC.

It also includes power hum noise (50Hz/60Hz and 100Hz/120Hz) to test noise filters, baseline wander and muscle tremor.

You can connect 4mm Snap, 4mm Banana and 2mm Pin patient cables, and you can also extract a high signal from its alligator cable.

Yes, it is indeed our goal to test medical equipment!

And (personally speaking) I am looking for a new ECG simulator (and the modern palm sized products do appeal). Powered by a PP3 battery I notice.

Noise signals? Yes. A good feature. But purchasers on this side of the Pond need to be clear that 50 Hz needs to be mentioned when ordering (why not have the noise source calibrated to both 50 and 60 Hz - and switchable - I wonder?).

And I notice those connectors by the way. Interesting. Are those available separately?

Have you sold any in the UK yet? Are you represented here, or is it a question of ordering on line, paying by PayPal and looking out for the Jiffy Bag?

Or purchasing off eBay at £ 176 (or so) plus £ 33 shipping via courier.

The TechPatient CARDIO is a handheld device and runs from a 9V PP3 battery. However it can also be powered from a 9VDC wall adapter.

The last version includes selectable power system and language, however we are still offering the previous one until we deplete our stock. If you need to change the power system I can offer you the latest version.

We haven't sold to the UK yet but many times to Ireland. We ship worldwide through DHL. The product box is shipped inside another box and stuffed with bubbles, no Jiffy Bag involved for we understand international travel is rough for small packages.
