We have two autoscope washers in our day unit a F4 and G2, both supported by Labcaire. The cover that this company provides is not to clever.

Has anybody else in the S.E. experiencing problems?????

I quite agree the service offered is very poor. We have 2 FDT endoscope washers with unrectified faults that were reported in January 06.

Spare parts and routine servicing is, well put it this way, it would be quicker to order the components from RS and rebuild the circuits inhouse.

Please also be aware of the work being carried out in the service. I have heard a story that the water filters were not changed during a routine visit that were supposed to be.

I know that a organisational reshuffle is being carried out at Labcaire, but we as the customers should not be included.

We are replacing ours with Wassenburg. The labcaire support is dire.

We are also having major problems with labcaire. It is true about them not changing filters during the routine services.
