I have sent quite a few staff on this excellent course over the years (even did it myself in the early 80's.) I would suggest that new Biomeds spend at least 3-6 months working in a dept before they do the course. I have used the course for MTO 1/2 staff as part of their basic training. Does anyone know of other courses that are as useful ? Just getting this ancient thread back on stream so that Rob Strange and Vaughan Pretlove each get another opportunity to update us all and lay out their respective stalls (as it were). For what it’s worth, I know both their set-ups, and both are excellent (if you can find the money). Naturally, the real reason for this post is as leverage for a hefty discount next time. However, I’m sure that most would agree that the grub is better at Falfield!
If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
