we have a very good stock control system.that links all purchase orders and parts used directly to the job they are used on.
but its part of the "equip" medical equipment management system provided by clinical engineering at the royal liverpool trust.
several ebme depts at various trusts in the area use it.
if your interested i can give you the number of the chap that runs the system.

We use Shire Systems Frontline.

The System is available in modular form Maintenance Manager, Purchasing, Stock Control, Financial Manager and now Help Desk.

Most modules will work independantly, but collectively form a very comprehensive Asset Management System.

Software and support is first class and competitively priced.
