Discovered that our Mini Ox 3 monitors are now obsolete and spare parts are impossible to obtain. Need to replace around 30 monitors. Any suggestions?

I think a donkey derby might be more appropriate.

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.

We liked the spec on the Viamed AX300 and MX300 monitors and had a M300 on evaluation but, unfortunately, what let them down is that we found them too lightweight and mounted in a mounting cradle fixed by rubber-suckers hence they can end up on the floor very easily, they aren't pole-mount compatible and the alarms are not loud-enough for our needs. The thing that really lets the the M3OO down is the lack of alarm volume - you can't hear the alarms when they're next to a ventilator or CPAP unit. They are probably worth a look at though. Depends whether you want something just for indication and verification of FiO2 or vigilance-monitoring with alarms.
