There isn't an official DB9801 PDF available as far as I'm aware. DB9801 costs roughly £50, even to NHS buyers I think, but it's going to be superceded soon so I'm not sure whether it's worthwhile buying it. I would check with the MHRA just to make certain when the new guidelines are to be published BSM.

Richard is right, even the NHS have to pay for this. The last time I spoke to MHRA about this (back in 2003) DB9801 was under revision and due to be published Feb 2004!!!, the person rewriting it was Adrian Man.

Either they have scrapped plans to republish or it is very very late.

Yeah, I have seen on the MHRA website that it's currently under review.

I suppose I'll just have to wait until the new version becomes available.

Thanks anyway. boggle

Hi BSM,

A while ago it was on the Internet. Type in 'Google' and if you are lucky you might find it.

Some free copies of DB9801 are now available.

Just email them and ask for a copy.
