I think you'll find most people do write their own policies, but refering to others help to promote ideas and concepts.
Our medical devices policy originaly had no mention of sabs or product recalls, as the original writer was not aware of such things.
Surely sharing knowledge is a positive step?
I agree plagourism is unacceptable!!
