There is a joint statement by the Shadow Executive on the DoH AfC web page which indicates reasons for delays in implementation. In it, it states - the main issues which the review has identified which need resolution are an apparent misapplication of the job evaluation scheme which has led to some non clinical jobs being matched or evaluated lower than expected.

This could mean that they will upgrade to more realistic levels or, more likely, down grade everybody to the lower levels, thus solving the problem.

I have heard a rumour that after the NHS AFC is complete, the next one is will concentrate on
Member of Parliament salaries, and after that
the Civil List.
Fair enough, if taxes are to be saved we must all do our bit.
