does anyone know of any competitive suppliers of masimo spo2 probes . The only two we know are Zoll and Response medical and they are both very expensive at approx £190 a probe.

Artemis sell the Radical pulse oximeter which uses Masimo technology. I don't know if their probe plugs will fit your monitors though.

Aretemis sell them and are cheaper than Datascope.
Do you get any problems with durability

Artemis are the UK agents for Masimo so the should be the cheapest as I think the other companies have to get them from them, but probably at a bulk/trade discount. The probes are not copied with clone ones as Nellcor probes are so you will not find an alternative source to genuine ones. Try asking Artemis for bulk discounts or agree to buy so many over a year.

Artemis are the UK agents but not always the cheapest. Suppliers buy the probes direct from Masimo.
Are you looking for single use probes? If so try Welch Allyn.
