Hi
Does anyone no of a source or alternative for the rubber switch covers on the front panel of this range of HP monitors. It seems such a waste to scrap these units just because you cannot get a replacement rubber switch cover/button.

Thanks
Ron

Dear Sir,

You can try making it by your own.. make a metal mould and use silicon rubber.
HP ( Now philips )might have stoped manufacturing these parts long ago.Hope this will help.

Ron, I think I may have bought the last of the company’s stock last year. You might like to try Mark.N at Taunton to see if any remain (somewhere in the “store room”, Mark). Failing that, I expect there are plenty of condemned units lying around in hospitals all over the place, just waiting to be cannibalized! Have a look, guys. Lastly, I expect they can still be sourced through third-party parts companies in the States, but don’t have all my info. to hand just at the moment. But someone out there must know! smile

Brother P-touch tape label plastic can be a good altenative. I've made several permanent repairs using this over the years. I even managed to reproduce the text in some cases...
