I do freelance photography work, tinker with this and that, and have plans to build a bio-diesel reactor in the near future.

Hi Everybody

This is how I fill my spare time
Monday and Friday work on my 1/3 scale traction engine.
Tuesday Bell ringing at the local church.
Wednesday and Thursday. Clock and watch repairs for my wife's shop.
Alternate Saturdays go out and play with full size steam engines.

I also like a bit of pocket billiards

Snooker's more my cup of tea

The pastime I enjoy the most is stirring the pot on the ebme.co.uk website! Some of the guys there are so wrapped up in themselves that they don’t even know a wind-up when they see one! Tee, hee.

I think certain people need to take this site a bit more serious. We've all long since left the playground.

Er, I must be on the wrong forum. What does Free Discussion – Out of Hours mean, then?

Must be time to move on when the biomed fraternity looses its sense of humour. In fact, to my mind, the trade has all become far too, what’s the word, pompous?

Are you all developing these skills to gain points under KSF? Pompousity might gain a few extra points as well.

When my house move finally finishes I hope to return to my wood turning and get a decent fruit and veg garden going.
