Brothers, I'm sure that some of you will be relieved to note that this will be my last post to the ebme forum. Yes, this Greybeard biomed has had enough and (after threatening to do so for a number of years) is finally moving on to live a more peaceful life, "doing something else", as it were.

Although I have enjoyed the "cut and thrust" of the forum over the last two years, I can't really justify the time it takes now. But if anyone needs any help or advice on a personal level, feel free to email, and will help if I can.

Keep the Faith (you young pups). Long Live Low-Life ... but most of all - Tibi Fidelis!

So sorry that you will leave the EBME forum. Feeling it is a big lost.
Your post gives me so much knowledge, though I remain slience all the time in the forum.
I sincerely appreciate for all the help from your posts. And all the best to your peaceful life and farewell.

Thanks for your kind words, Manni. Passing the time has never been a problem for me, I must say. I spend almost every waking hour hacking away at a keyboard! But, be reminded, time is all any of us has. The secret, then, is to use it wisely, especially as we can never be sure when it’s going to run out!

Just because you are moving to a more peaceful life doesn't make you an 'outsider' - you will always remain a welcome member - and one of the few members to reach our 'philosopher' standing due to your continued involvement over the years.
