We've got a couple of their units which are on long term loan (from somewhere !) and the only information we have is that the company are Arthrocare Corporation.
If you do a Google search you'll find their site, but it doesn't seem to list a UK address or contact, as far as I can see.
I'll try and find out from our theatres who has lent them to us.
