EBME Forums Forums Maintenance Technical Assistance b-braun pole clamps for space infusion pumps

we have had big problems with the above breaking easily,b-braun state that we are the only hospital with this problem, if any other hospital has b-braun space pumps with the pole clamps can you let me know how you are getting on with them good or bad!

We only had the pumps in for trial and had 1 off instance out of around 30 pumps breaking. They dealt with the issue well, but it was a trial / evaluation so was the least you would expect. This was around 18 months ago.

We haven't got this pump... but we would be very interested in any feedback from users.

We have around 30 Braun Space units and have had no problems with the pole clamps breaking. There was a problem with the pole clamp release, but that has been resolved.
