(Hill-Rom- AirShields Isolette C2000 is now supported by Drager

Just in case you haven't got he manual to hand:
(You can Enter srvice mode by powering up while holding Silence/Reset key , then display select to highlight desired option , parameter or Mode.)

This is the procedure for calibration of Weighing scale

To Calibrate weighing scale, Upon installation and every six months thereafter , calibrate the scale using a calibrated 5kg weight.

1. first ensure mattress is level not tilted in trendelenburg or reverse Trenelenburg.
2. Select display 2 and press the Weigh soft key.
3.If objects are on the mattress , remove them before:
4. pressing Zero soft key two times
5.Pressthe Cal soft key
6.Wait for aweight reading
7.Place a calibrated 5KG/11LB weight on the mattress
8.wait for a weight reading
9.Ensure a reading of 5.000kg appears
10.Remove the weight
11. Press the home softkey

This is the procedure, if you have a fault the service menu might help diagnose it.
