We have several of these scanners in our area. Does anyone know how to reset the service clock for a further year? We can service these inhouse.

Sorry I took so long to get back to you but the scanner is a BVI3000 model. What I have done in the short time is to change the clock date by one year so as to stop the message on the screen when you switch it on.
