I hope you have had a good new year. Is anybody out there involved in CHI? We are having a series of seminars in our Trust to sort it out. Has anybody any experience you can share? thanks alex

We had a CHI visit in December - but they didn't talk to me or any of my staff. I haven't heard anything about the visit or spoken to anyone who was involved in it in any way.
It all seems very 'low profile' !
Today is the day you worried about yesterday - and all is well !
