If this is the same cell as used in the Drager Julian then it is a problem we have had for the last 18 months. To thier credit, Drager will replace them under warranty (I have returned 40 - 50 in this time).

As discussed elsewhere on this forum, Drager did suggest to us that the problem was one of our doing! (leaving the cell in 100% O2 overnight) but I have had contact with an ex-employee of Drager who claimed that Drager knew of this problem well before we had it.

drager tried to lower the cost of manufacture, which resulted in poor quality and they are well aware of it. that is the reason why they make no fuss about it whenever you ask for a replacement i warranty time. There is a solution to the problem by changing the housing of the sensor to the one that fits the larger sensor same as in evita machines, but it has to be done by drager service.

Regarding to your problem its seem electrochemical sensor on Primus MOPS pcb SW 1.31/ PGM 3 and no problem at all for Primus with paraagnetic pato sensor on MOPS pcb SW 1.33/ PGM2 pcb SW 2.15
Try to contact local Drager engineer to up garde soft ware and replaced O2 sensor with Paramagnetic Pato sensor.
