Karin

We too would be very interested in buying 1 or 2, again I'd be interested in seeing one and having a play around with it first.

I'm sure in our area there would be a few people interested, Karl and Roy aren't too far away

Our swedish office sells this product throughout Europe, and we have a lending unit that you could borrow and test for a week.

There might be a few weeks of wait at the moment, but if you just send me your full contact information (to karin.bergman@tsi.com) we'll put you on the list.

You might also consider the PF300 flow analyser from eVent Medical. This is a fully loaded flow analyser suitable for ventilation or anaesthesia devices. Also comes with a real nice software application for extended tests.

Would be happy to forward on details to any interested parties.

Just been on an SLE vent course and used the PF300 - very nice unit, but I belive the price is around the £5500 mark (don't quote me on that though!).

Oh well, just have to wait until the RT gives up the ghost.

We use a Bio-tek (FLuke) VT Plus. Fantastic bit of kit and very user friendly.

We've used the older VT testers for several years and found them very easy to use and very reliable. The only drawback is their size - and hence their weight ! Not something you want to carry on your daily round ! eek

Today is the day you worried about yesterday - and all is well !
