Hi
we have a couple of the above monitors in our neonatal dept unfortunately they have lost both chargers.Smiths no longer support these monitors and it would be a shame to scrap them.Does anybody have any of these or a service manual and would be kind enough to let us know the charger out put values.

Hi Richard,
The Graseby 901 was manufactured by CAS Medical Systems in the US, though it is rather old now. I have looked at the manual and I cannot see an input specification. However, the input connector is rated at 5A 12volts DC (Switch Craft 712A) It is an AC supply as the PCB has a bridge rectifier in it and the lead acid battery is 6 volts DC 1.3 Ah. I suggest you call CAS on +1 203488-6056 and choose option 1 for technical support and ask them.

Regards
Richard
