That's £ 600 (ono) each, we presume. I thought these testers were the one of choice with you guys, Wayne. Especially as they can be interfaced with the "database". Care to share with us all what you're replacing them with?

I should imagine they will be snapped up, but if you end up being stuck with one, let me know and I'll make a fair offer and call by and take it off you (another one for my collection). Can't be fairer that that, Mate.

Since posting yesterday I've realised that the QA-ST is the little ("palm-sized") tester, so my comments about interfacing with the database don't apply! But I still might be interested in making an offer.

I believe that these testers have not been popular in the UK. Am I mistaken there? Anybody out there a happy QA-ST user? Alternatively, does anyone have any clues as to why Simon and Wayne et al might be moving on to something else?

You can use these instruments with the ansur software and they can be used in semi automatic mode. the reason we are changing is we are standardising on qa 90 saftey tester means we wont have to rewrite ansur test sequences.
