Hi All

Anyone got a good number for the ecg ends of a MAC 5000/1200, the ones that rotate off. Have contacted GE and twice received the wrong thing. They keep on sending complete leads with the ends fixed.

Any help with a part number please.

Billy

Hello mate, this info might help you "close the job"! Mactrode Adaptor P/No: 9490-210 Value £25.00 a set - "happy to help" ! (Then again they may have moved the goalposts again as I have also ordered them on 900178-102 at £53 a set!)

GE not knowing their own part numbers - How unusual rolleyes

After many phone calls to GE (Marquette) about a roller for a treadmill we were eventually given the part number, ordered it and the part arrived. This process took over three months with most of the phone calls to the USA at inconvenient times.
When the part arrived, it was wrong. GE reply was that they had delivered the part that was ordered so not their problem, and we should re-order with the correct part number....Arrgghh.

I think things like this should be taken in to account when deciding which equipment to purchase...Are you reading this GE?

My spelling is not bad. I am typing this on a Medigenic keyboard and I blame that for all my typos.

Sounds like it's time to seek an "alternative source" to me, Mate! For instance (and there are many), have you tried Repton? smile

Not been able to find that part ourselves, so we keep the useless set of Franks leads that come with each MAC ECG machine & re-label those terminations to (no pun intended) plug the gap.

I have been on to GE with the part no above but they are the AHA ends. So they have given me another part no. 900178-101 for the IE ones. I ordered them and will keep you informed of what arrives.

Just to confirm that this is a good part number for the ends of the GE MAC 1200 and MAC 5000 as I have just received them.

Part No. 900178-101 just wish they would stop losing the same one, may try thread lock on them this time.
