We have a problem where the plugs of these transducers are being broken. Does anybody know of a company that supplies these plugs?

We used to have the same problem. Philips used to supply a plug kit (brown) 1251-677. They recommend that you also buy other bits but if its only the brown plastic bit thats broken, just use that bit out of the kit. I don't know if this kit is still available but may be worth giving them a try.
