Where do people buy NIBP cuffs from ? We want a generic cuff that we can use on all monitors that is not too expensive.
Any recommendations will be greatly appreciated.

Try ProAct, they have an extensive range of cuffs.

PROACT. Could also try Pulmolink. However, if you want (what are arguably) the best!

Off on a slight tangent ... am I right in assuming that "double tube" cuffs are the de-facto standard these days (on the grounds that they can fit, or be adapted to fit, any and all NIBP monitors in the hospital)?

We use Accoson cuffs, out of the NHS catalogue.

Try Welch Allyn - they have a cuff, the flexiport, which might meet you needs.

Well we are using Henley's they are around £10 each and come with any connector you desire. Welch Allyn are very good cuffs and the new flexiport design works well. We intend to convert later this year, when we can agree the price!

Try TrimLine Cuffs. They are made of 200 denier, have the antimicrobial impregnated (unlike most others which are kiss coated and can leach), the 'Velcro' doesnt degrade and is easy to open. They are a balanced bladder so the cant make the mistake of putting them on the wrong arm (big safety factor in the US).

Unlike a few other companies Trimline are a Kuff manufacturer there range is huge all the way from neonates to the large adult. They also come in a huge variety of connectors and also have the option of a conversion system to make all cuffs standard.

The cuffs are similarly priced to the ones quoted check out the web for Trimline or ProACT Medicals site as the are the UK supplier.

Does anybody know if the Trimline Universal Connectivity kits are still available (from Welch Allyn, perhaps)?

If not, can anyone suggest a similar kit?
