I am looking a compatible charger adapter for Impulse 4000 model defibrillator analyser. Any suggestion from the forus users...

I assume yours has got lost. I had a look at ours and the ratings are 24V DC at 850mA. The output plug centre contact is positive though I can't tell exactly how big the plug is.

Try RS, Farnell or CPC for one of those universal adapter sets that provides different sized plugs.
