Hi All

Any body know of any TE for LIM testing, needs to test L1/L2 leakage, and be able to generate single sided Resistive/capacitive faults plus balanced, dont know what testing requirement is in UK but thats what Aus requires. Have had a look at US TE but does not produce capacitive faults from what i can see.

Regards

P Nutt

Hi P Nutt,
Have not done any LIM testing myself, but a quick google search revealed the following PDF.

The Bio-Tek was always the one of choice, in my experience (perhaps this was the US kit you were referring to). Not sure if it's still available these days, though.

Dale also do (did) them. I believe they could be the OEM, in fact.

Meanwhile, here's another interesting .pdf (kind of related to this topic). smile
