On the other hand, why
not repair it? All it needs is a new PCB battery, I should imagine. Interpretative ECG recorders are meant to be an aid to diagnosis, not a substitute for the skills of the cardiologist (if not, I might as well start taking ECG's myself)!
But if you
are tempted to bin it, Robert, remember there are plenty of people about who would be happy to receive it as a donation. Not everyone is funded by the taxpayer!
