hello dear all!
i have a problem wit a PB companion 492A oxygen concentrator:
it only deliver 40% o² at 4L/mn.then afer 2 or 3 minutes it shut down with service alarm on .
the compressor seems to be ok but i wonder how to test the valves or if it is "safe" to open them , according to the age of the machine (1996).
does some one has some workshop tips about it ?
i have also problems with old Devilbiss 505 , no O² flow at all , compressor good , no idea of what to check first.

Hi mate spent years fixing devilbiss LT and 515 series concentrators,The change over valves and fans on these models are the main thing to go on these . It is easy to remove the change over valve and clean the pistons in side.Hope this helps if you want any more help drop me a line

i have open one valve to seen how it look inside and i found that the rubber membranes had become hard.
i don't know if a service kit is still availlable for those rather olds machines , but i will try to find some.

thanks my dear , but unfortunately this is not the good one.
but now the oxygen plant is working well , so we don't need smalls concentrators anymore.
