Not sure I follow Geoff. Don't worry, it will get sorted. It just needs the IT depts to be alerted. Please give your IT dept a call to let them know this site is ok.
EBME is an approved NHS Resource.I don't think it's a direct 'block' as such (or there would be a "page blocked" alert as Skippy says). They probably aren't allowing a reverse dns lookup or something similar.

No, i had the same problem out of work also (Live in Worcester) That, I can't explain. However, I can tell you, that you are currently on the same NHS network as everyone else who has had problems.

On a serous note, Huw, is the Fedora web page anything to do with the EBME web, or is it to do with the NHS side of things, I have spoken to our IT and they are coming to have a look T/M, I just needed to know who was what .

Thanks for the link Geoff, fraid it dont work here, this Barracuda is a strict filter it wont even let us look at the BBC weather pages, blocks it as 'Entertainment'

What's that ... even my site is locked out! Up until now, I hadn't even heard of Barracuda ... what's the point of it? Are NHS managers saying that they don't trust their staff? Which moron is charged with categorizing websites, I wonder. Would it be a person who understands the English language, for instance? I daren't ask if s/he is an internet savvy person. Not to mention the cost of implementing the thing. But don't worry, the British taxpayer has become used to chucking away £££ trillions!
