Yes Mark, We came across a similar company a few years ago before we started to service gp's equipment. They made a number of claims such as not repairing equipment, just failing it if necessary, so the gp would still have to organise his own repairs. I phoned them and asked them what they could check and ran through few a common items such as sphygs. I stopped when they asked what a Dinamap was! At least here, we can check, calibrate and repair as necessary. Here, we even get gp's asking what model they should purchase. You cannot beat the comprehensive package we provide.
