Here in York we used to do work for GP's and some nursing homes but had to stop as we were not covered under the Trust's liability insurance. We are ok for work within the NHS but GP's were seen as separate private businesses. It's still a bit of a grey area between NHS Tusts as they are separate legal entities as servicing equipment is not part of the Trust's core business.-Anyone within NHS hospitals doing work for GP's might want to check this out.
