Hi Team

Has anyone puchased this CO2 Insufflator? Reliability, service back-up? Device failures?

Service manual, PPQ,competency details?
In particular, who has got a copy of the service manual, what is its content.

There is at least one hundred of these devices out there.

www.bracco.com

Thanks

Jim

These devices have been purchased by the following hospitals:

Addenbrookes
Alexandra
Basildon
Blackpool
Borders
Calderdale
Dewsbury
Gloucester Royal
Hull
James Cook
Kent & Cant
Miadstone
Northern General
Peterborough
Queens (various)
Royal Gwent
Royal (various)
St Barts
Southampton
Whiston

The list is more comprehensive than the above. Surely one of you have carried out a technical evaluation of product, PPQ, service documentation, spares list, etc.

How did you commission it, test it, repair it.
Replies on a post card please, now come on be professional.

You can add Dudley NHS FT to that list.
From the Service reports it seems as though it takes on 7 minutes to do carry out a service on an EZEM protoco2l and costs £700.

Hi Jim
I know that this is an old topic but I have been informed that there is a unit due for service and I was wondering if you managed to obtain a service manual.

The Operator's Manual is probably good enough for PM purposes, Neil ... you can download it here.
