As Huw has mentioned a zillion times now (without permission from the copyright holder), it can't be done!

And as I've said before, some-one needs to maintain a database (accessible to all who may require tech info, but don't have it for whatever reason) of people willing to email manuals, which equipment they are for, and what type of manuals they are (users, service, parts etc.).

In the case in question, I suggest you send it directly to Dennis in Hong Kong.

No worries, Mate. And welcome to the forum, by the way.

There seems to have been a torrent of requests for manuals (eg, in .pdf format) on here recently, but (as already mentioned) there are reasons why those who run the forum are not always free to help as they personally might wish. A deluge of disappointment, then.

But the need is obviously there, and (let's just say) it is an area that those of us who remain free of the shackles of official policy are looking at ways of addressing!

If you are unable to gain access to the second link (which contains service information aimed solely at practicing biomed techs ... that is, rather than "all and sundry" ... casual visitors to the forum, and non-technical people, for example), you will need to send a PM to Huw, pleading your case, as it were!

thanks qldbiomed ,I have receive a service manual.
I found a problem is power supply bracket output
not stable.the output voltage sometime just has 4.4V.
but normaly output around 9V.

Can anyone pm or email me the STC-523 service manual?
