Yeah (TonyR), get them to donate a set of the kit required. It's for a charity, and they can no doubt afford it.

If you don't ask you'll never know. Then you can come back on here and let us all know how wonderful they are! smile

Thanks guys! I have written to Cardinal to see what they say. There are certainly the GS drivers advertised on their website, so I would hope that they still support them!

I will let you all know how I get on.

I also experienced the same prob with u Tony. I sent the unit to the local suplier. They quoted me and ask me to change the motor board. The price is equivalent with the new pump if we purchased new. So I proposed Hospital to decommissioned it and buy a new pump... settle/./... huhuh..

Mammad,

Thanks for your reply. I have found a supplier in the US, and I am waiting for a price for spares. As you said, it is possible that we could get some new pumps for a similar price..we shall see!!

Can you make a contract for the sets and get the pumps free, including maintenance?

Normally they not give the pumps free. They will provide the pumps as a loaner unit. But for me it was not practical and maybe for supplier site it was not give them any big revenue. It is because the sets were not so expensive. The maintenance cost is much higher than the sets. I think..... smile
