Did you find this BENNETT CM-425 SERVICE manual?
i am also looking for one!

Thanks
Marius
p.s. After taking 5 xrays, without any reason, the outpput voltage goes down 10% (ex: the monitor is always showing 80kv but the output goes from 80 KV to 72 KV),

I think i have solution to your problem, i have page 3 of the service manual that is showing how to test the relay with a single meter. That's the only page i have for this cm-425 xray.

That voltage drop sounds like a bad connection somewhere, which only makes itself a nuisance as things start to warm up. As mentioned by our friend above, try re-making (and cleaning) the HT cable and tube connections. If that doesn't help, look for a poor connection elsewhere, possibly a loose nut, or screw, on a heavy duty connection someplace. smile

Meanwhile, I'm still pondering this one:-

Did you mean a chattering relay? Or a beeping alarm sound (the latter, I guess).

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.

Hi birol,
have you try to replace the EEPROM BOARD or the EEPROM itself?
best regards.
