we got some invivo millennia 3500 monitors. these monitors are shutting off themselves after some 3 minutes. please tell us what would be the problem

Is the screen saver set to on?

dear friend
thanks for your reply. we got some 20 monitors installed in our hospital. of which 11 are with ecg,spo2,nibp&temp and rest are along with above it got etco2 and ibp. the first ones are shutting off after the 180 minutes deactivation of alarms. the rest ones with etco2 works well as long as we dont switch on the etco2. also the monitors are not working in 220v but works in 240v alone. what is a screensaver. also we doesnt know the password for entering the service area. please kindly tell us what would be the problem. have a nice day

You have a computer, and you dont know what a screen saver is? It works by shutting down the screen depending on the setting, it will be in the users menu.

What is it that makes me doubt the wisdom of sending out Service Passwords to a guy who apparently doesn't yet know what a "screen saver" is?  As you are new to the forum, elabs you may not be aware that the "policy" is to send details like this only as a Private Message (if at all). So best keep an eye on your Messages box.
If you don't inspect ... don't expect.

i told what is a screensaver in the millennia monitor not about computer. i know even computer programming but the thing with this monitor is not about screensaver definitely i suppose. there is no option called screensaver. i am asking password since i want to disable the etco2 completely for which the monitor asks password. hope you will understand the thing. if you have the password please mail it to elabs.in@gmail.com. thanks

Screen saver, sleep mode, standby ... whatever.  ... i know even computer programming ... OK, now that you've pressed the right [button], what do you code in?
