@Umish I think the guy might settle for a new monitor.  @Neil Yes, Mr. Blue's list is getting comprehensive now. So two points arise:- 1) Let's hope it lasts! 2) People should check there first!

@ Geoff, also when techs are emailing manuals to each other a CC to Mr Blue would not be a bad idea.
