Sure, it's regarding a Medical Device Alert:

We've looked at an alternative system supplied by a UK based company specialising in transport solutions but it's rather expensive and costs around £10,000.
We're a little disappointed with the level of support (please excuse the pun...) being shown by Maquet at the moment and would be particularly interested in hearing from anyone who has had any successful dealings with the company itself.
