I usually send a Personal Message (to those making such an enquiry) to that effect.
But, to save myself a bit of time and effort, and also because so many folk on here (especially, perhaps, newcomers such as yourself) so often fail to notice the "you've got mail" flag, here I am suggesting to All and Sundry that DOTmed often gives good results for stuff like this (that is, ultrasound access problems, and faults on imaging equipment in general).
