Hello I get this info when I press ''HELP'' on my Voluson e.
Does anyone know what is this and what can cause?

It seems pretty clear that the help file is missing (or, more accurately, cannot be found by the system).

Have you tried clicking on the [Yes] button and trying to locate it? smile

If you don't inspect ... don't expect.
