I have seen this error when there has been a problem with a skin temperature probe. After the probe has been removed and the Caleo "rebooted" the alarm does not occur again. I have also seen this error when we perform an overtemperature test, again after switching off the the Caleo, the error is cleared when powered up again. View your error logs for other clues and check all the cables and connections.
New beginning. New location. New adventure. Old grumpy me!

Onky, I have emailed you the service manual for the Caleo, this is for the new version, hope it contains the information that you require.

Error 40 have seen it in error logs, was advised by drager, if no reoccurance to ignore. manual says its a variables conflic, cause software problem or external interface. Remsdy, switch device off and on again if this does not help proceed as follows. replace WT2 controller PCB.
has paul advised i would remove all external leads and devises and reseat all internal connections, long process but hay ho.
Paul doolan at drager is also helpfull
