I am not sure if my description is correct, but I am looking for some flow regulators (not pressure regulators) which have calibrated orifices for various flowrates, which can be selected by the user using a dial knob. Does anybody have good experiences with some makes?

We use Therapy Equipment (http://www.therapyequipment.co.uk/)for our regulators, but they are combination regulator/flowmeter. You could give them a try.

Likewise - the Therapy units are amongst the best (certainly from a servicing viewpoint) No hesitation in recommending them.
