In my experience (and by their very defintion), charities want the work done for "F-all". So (as I have been known to point out), if they want it doing to "manufacturers' standards" - best contact the manufacturer, then!

We use the IDA4 as the software is good, does what it says on the tin. The data is then saved on a hard drive or printed whichever you prefer.
