Hi,

Has anyone got any opinions on 'The sale or donation for reuse of medical equipment'

Why are a lot of NHS Trusts reluctant to pass on old equipment?

Are they afraid of any litigation issues that may arise?

Is anyone aware of any legal cases that have occured due to the 'selling on' of equipment?

And finally, In relation to DB2006(05) sec 10.4.1 (Liability issues)...do you think the guidlines here are too demanding?
