Hi all,

The screen of unit is darker normal and it appears noise sporadic then shut down itself. Has anyone an experience to fix this phenomenon please instruct me. Thank for your help

check supply board of touch screen . it small board in the top of the device . Sometimes it happened and you need to change it .

thanks so much for your instruction, i tried with another suply board but it is still fault. I am afraid something wrong in control board

when you switch on the device , the display of touch screen is black , Doesn't it ?

if that's happened , check data are displayed but not clear because back light board didn't work (power supply board of touch screen) . if power supply board work correctly , do the following steps

1- check robbin cable .

2- the last check is main board . and the only way is to get new borad because nohen kohen dosn't give information in its srevice manual .

HV board suply to the back light is OK but the display is darker than normal state. Then i need SM to exactly evaluate the spare part (i am considering between main board and display panel). If i have a wrong diagnostic , i will lost a lot of.... money. Hic!!!

i meet this fault similar you said , but my case has no noise and no shutdown itself. I think display panel defect

if panel display defect, no way to repair as this device is very complicated. Can you show me how to buy this used display panel?

Did you check display cable and sockets? Then check supply board of touch screen and check supply capacitors.
