the message CRTL on all Fresenius syringe pumps is to let you know thet the pump is due a service which you do using their PC control our through the service mode in the pump but you need their calibration tools and the service manual to guide you

John a lot of thanks for your interest and service manual. i have learned a method about CTRL error disappearing.

"decrease the year of date (in eeprom) by enter the "tst1" menu and power off the device. when power on the device CTRL error disappear and you can use the device."

but i dont recommend this method for safety using.

sincerely

you have cleared error message but be aware the pump is still due a service and as that model is quite old I would not recommend using it without a service
